We recently returned from a Caribbean cruise, flying into and out of Barbados. This was for the 14 days commencing on the 15th of February 2013. My complaint is that we sailed in what I can best term a double figure of eight. This meant we spend 4 days fully at sea. This was clearly unnecessary; we could have traveled much less distance and seen more of the islands; either spending more time at some of them or else visiting additional islands.
No doubt there is a reason for this, but I cannot see it.
