Worst ship I have ever been on

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this ship as no more than 3/4-the organisational skills ,especially in New Orleans, were non existant-most of the passengers thought they were superior,the food ,by & large was unexceptional(most nights the only veg were green beans)-the entertainment most of the time was second rate-We had to endure 9 days @sea on the home leg due to bad weather but because the Franchise was being changed,for the last 5 days there were no shops open-I’m not saying that I’ll never use P & O again but certainly my first choice would be Royal Caribbean or Princess-I think they are far superior.
