When disaster Strikes
M.Harris | August 28, 2020 | Regent Seven Seas Cruises | Seven Seas Mariner
We were five nights into our cruise when we had a phone call from home with news tat our Son had died, suddenly, in his sleep . We contacted the ship’ s concierge who called the Agent in Trabzon wher we had docked. He came aboard, took my husband with him to travel agent in town and got us flights. He collected us from ship in evening before she sailed to next port, took us to an hotel where he had booked us a room for a few hours sleep. At 01:30 the Agent returned & took us to the airport and booked us and our luggage in, got boarding cards for that and onward flight, and took us as far as he could before leaving. We had a good connection in Istambul and reached London at 09:45 the same day. I cannot speak too highly of the service we received at a time we really needed help!
