Good points :- Crew and stateroom staff very friendly, and do a excellent job.
Waiters and restaurant staff very good
Chefs and cooks, have been some of the best I have come across, the meat was always cooked to perfection.
Cleanliness appeared to be very good.
Ice show was brilliant as usual on RCI.
Captains information good for the unknowledgeable and also .quite humorous.
Could do better :-
The staterooms are looking a little tired and ready for an upgrade or refit.
Some of the organisation for the excursions could be better, not too bad but some of the congestion could be avoided
with better planning.
I think the theatre shows could have more actual artists than RCIs own dance productions.
My main complaint was with the Windjammer opening times. As a family we like to go to the theatre after dinner followed by a drink in one of the many bars around the ship (our favourite being the Viking Lounge ).followed by a night cap such as cheese and biscuits and a tea or coffee between 11 – 12 midnight. Only to find that the Windjammer on Adventure of the seas closes at 9pm. We were told that we could also use the promenade cafe which was open all the time, but it cannot cope with 3000 passengers wanting refreshment after 9pm.
We have possibly being spoilt by Independence of the seas, Celebrity Eclipse, Azura, Crown Princess all who have a restaurant open until at least early morning.
