Every Second Counts….for all the wrong reasons

Have just returned from a 3 night mini cruise with my partner and two of his grandchildren.
Facilities on ship good, also very clean as new, but numerous service issues….wrong bed configuration, delay getting connecting doors opened, 24 hour delay getting soda cups (pre paid drinks package), wow bands and cards incorrectly programmed and missing prepaid drinks packages, cannot access photo on disc purchased on board as photo is locked, cannot use RCI website for post cruise comments as Anthem of the Seas is not listed as an option!
Buffet food cool/cold, limited vegetarian options and no indentification of same on restaurant menus.
Long queues at Guest Relations…..you can see why!
North Star doors jammed for 14 mins which we were on board, and video in We Will Rock You broke down twice.
We won’t be rushing back. On a 3 night cruise, we needed the service issues addressed quickly…not 24 hours later.
If you want to queue even to get into the buffet for breakfast, don’t mind when certain wines run out, don’t mind prebooking your shows, and queuing for all the listed activities, then maybe this is the cruise for you?
