Excellent ship with flaws

Southampton embarkation procedure is absolutely fantastic, 10mins car to cabin. The ship is amazing to look at, my gripes were queuing for everything, there is that much new technology on the ship, I feel staff just use the tech as an excuse and something to hide behind. Dynamic dining sucks, we queued outside the Grande for 40 minutes ( WITH A RESERVATION) only to be put into a secondary queue. Which we could see into a resteraunt witch was only ten percent full………………………..
Queued for two hours for the North Star, complimentary food is just OK, in comparison with our first cruise 7 years ago on Independence of the seas, we feel complimentary food and the level of service has gon e downhill, really I should have revoked the gratuities.
Princess will be our Cruise line of choice in the future unless Princess goes the same way as RC.
Thank heavens we weren’t on the ship for 14 nights!!!
