Mixed emotions

3100 people on board, can take 3800, not enough leisure seating when weather bad and could not get outside to sun decks. Food good and waiters excellent except for last morning when breakfast was a disaster, no hot food and minimal staff. The method of dis-embarking at Southampton looked fine but in practice they let too many people off at the same time which caused chaos.
However when we embarked at Southampton it was very smooth and efficient. We booked my time dining which did not work out. We had to go in at 1815hrs every evening which was not acceptable, there was no flexibility on their part, this appeared to be because of lack of staff to open all the tables.
On one occasion we was given a form to fill in asking if we had any complaints and if we had they would reply within 24hrs, this did not happen which left a sour taste in our mouth
