I was rather disappointed with this trip. The ship whilst modern, large and clean had totally inadequate facilities for the number of passengers. As someone on a restricted medical diet (gluten free) the choice of food in Windjammer and the coffee shop was very poor. On asking what was available it became apparent that there were gluten free options but these were always in the kitchens and had to be collected. This resulted in me getting my meals after my companions had finished eating. This, was also true when I had pre ordered food.
There was limited seating in Windjammer, all bar areas, coffee shop etc, the shops were rarely open. Drinks packages were expensive
The best part of the cruise was our meal in Chops Grille.
Having cruised with Royal Caribbean, P&O and Princess lines I can honestly say that customer service on Princesscruises is the best. I think the Royal Caribbean ships are far too big and therefore too impersonal
