Not the best ever
Frank Cooke | June 29, 2014 | Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
Having taken a Royal Caribbean cruise for the first time it will most certainly be my last. The ship was too big and very very noisy. The only good thing I can say is that the kids clubs were good for the 2 granddaughters. The tables were messed up and very little attempt was made to rectify their error. The head waiters did not seem to care and I eventually had to sort it out for myself. When you book together and ask to be seated s a family one would expect on a family ship to be accommodated.
The food was mediocre and that is being generous. The menus were poor with very little acceptable food choices on the menu.
The prices on board were typical american – we’ve got you now we will get your money.
Overall very disappointed with the experience.
