poor standard of maintanance/ help

First I arrived to be refused access to board, due to my (issued at port) ID card not being accepted, being told very rudely to go back and get a new one. I refuse to do this and new one was issued on board. Over the next two days I had to be issued with three more cards due to the others not working correctly. There was no cold water to our bathroom ,even hot water was being use in our WC flush, after reporting this it it took two days to correct (day three). The interactive channel on our TV did not work and had to report this three times (it stopped working after each repair). I also ordered flowers on board for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to our cabin at 8:30 am, when I went to reception at 9:15 to find out why no delivery. I was told there had been a error on the time (thought it was 8:30 pm), but I did get them delivered by 9:45 in the end.
