Post Cruise Review Serenade of the Seas

We have cruise with Royal Caribbean for a number of years so we have a wide view of different cruise ships. Our last cruise was on the Oasis of the Seas so to cruise on a much smaller ship was going to be a a bit different. Although we enjoyed the cruise we were very disappointed with the menu at dinner which was on offer each night (I believe it is about to change)The entertainment was very poor compared to other ships. The ports visited were good and the tours on offer were varied but the cost of each tour was much too high and we were not surprised that a number of the tours were cancelled due to poor response. The price of the drinks were very expensive and this no doubt reduced the amount of drink consumed. The staff as usual were excellent and the food in the Wind Jammer was as usual good with plenty to choose from. Overall we rated the cruise about a grade 3.
