We have just returned form a holiday cruising the Med. 8/10/2015
The plane we were to travel on had a fault, this meant we could not reach our ship until the following day (24hrs late).
We missed the departure port Barcelona instead we visited Heathrow from Manchester, the following day we should have been in Nice,
we were trying to board our ship.
When we approached the ship customer services with our complaint we were made to feel as though we had been the problem, we have since returned home only to find out that Royal Caribbean have said the matter is now closed and they will not be considering any form of compensation including the 2 meals we purchased during the 24 hours travelling.
ROYAL CARIBBEAN RUBBISH.
