A Faultless Experience!

From leaving home to arrival at my front door after my cruise I enjoyed every second! Truly a five star plus experience in every way. Two lovely, helpful drivers, the check in assisted boarding was efficient and easy, my smiling escort, was so helpful, attentive and reassuring that nothing was too much trouble. Once on board, I was greeted by smartly dressed, welcoming crew members, one of whom escorted me to my cabin, asking was there anything more he could do? Shortly after, my cabin steward arrived, introduced himself, kindly refreshed my memory regarding cabin facilities, reminding me that when the time came I would be escorted to the safety briefing. I was! The service on board Saga’s Spirit of Discovery was superb, having 60 years experience in the hospitality industry, I was most impressed by the professionalism and high standard of training of the cabin, restaurant and bat staff. The choice of food in every dining venue was excellent and beautifully presented. The three specialist restaurants on board were all a very enjoyable experience…the quality and variety of design of the crockery, glassware, cutlery impressive (Villeroy Boch) Cleanliness exemplary, Thank you Saga for a truly happy and enjoyable cruise. I will be back (have two more booked already!)
