Spirt of Adventure

Our first time on the Spirit of Adventure in the Deluxe balcony cabin on deck 10, the size and layout is very impressive, we are use to princess Grill on Cunard, and this is as good if not better.
The Car pick up and embarkation at Portsmouth a first for us was excellent the fastest we have ever had compared to last years 4 times in Southampton.
Cruise to Norway and northern Lights, at Bergan Captain advised a change in trip due to very bad weather so we sailed the inside passage north to the North cape and visited ports in different order , which was a good plan, fabulous weather at the North Cape but only brief glimpse of the Northern Lights .
The ship is well designed and has very good dining and food, as its all inclusive the drinks speciality dinning do not cost extra and are very good, the shows and speakers on sea days were top notch , the ship has lots of nice sitting areas and space which makes a change from other ships.
Very good crew at all levels and it was nice to have cocktail party’s with the captain and officers once again plus they joined us on formal nights in the dinning room. Saga are offering a very good package up there with the best for service, cleanliness, comfort and organisation, arrival back into Portsmouth and our car home was excellent if you want a no stress cruise and no hide costs like WIFI or shore trips , parking or extra for taxi etc try Saga
