Staycation Cruise on Saga
Robert Farrimond | October 13, 2021 | Saga Ocean Cruises | Spirit Of Adventure
We had a really nice cruise on a beautiful ship however the arrival organisation was chaotic. The details prior to the cruise said about 20 minutes for Covid testing before getting on board but it actually took 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We were looking forward to trying the specialty restaurants but by the first lunch time all were fully booked except on the very last evening in The Club @ 8.00 pm. A helpful tip would be to book as soon as you get on board in person.
The food was excellent but the all-inclusive drinks were very cheap brands indeed. We decided to pay a little extra for a better quality drink. Evening entertainment and quizzes very good but in particular afternoon seemed to be snooze time!!
Very pleased we have tried SAGA but we still feel rather youthful for this company.
