Easter Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is Bolsover Cruise Club, with its registered office at 35 Sherwood Street, Warsop, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG20 0JR (Promoter).
2. By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by the same.
How to Enter
3. The Prize Draw will run from 9am BST on Wednesday 16th April 2025 (Opening Date) until 9pm BST on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 (Closing Date) inclusive.
4. To take part in this Prize Draw, you must make a booking for a cruise with Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, Disney Cruise Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, or Royal Caribbean.
5. All bookings must be made with Bolsover Cruise Club no later than 9pm BST on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
6. Only one entry to the Prize Draw is permitted per booking. If you book more than one cruise during the promotion, all eligible bookings will be submitted for the prize draw.
The Prizes
7. You will be entered in the prize draw for the applicable cruise line you have booked.
a. There are 14 prizes available for Celebrity Cruises bookings, two winners will receive a Celebrity-branded suitcase posted to them, six winners will receive $50 on-board credit, and six winners will receive champagne in their cabin.
b. There are 7 prizes available for Cunard bookings. Two winners will receive dressing gowns, and two winners will receive a bottle of Cunard gin. These gifts will be posted to winners.
c. There are 5 prizes available for Disney Cruise Line bookings. Five winners will receive a Disney Cruise Line goody bag, containing DCL ears, DCL plush toy, DCL notepad and a DCL luggage label.
d. There are 6 prizes available for P&O Cruises bookings. Three winners will receive a dressing gown set in their cabin, and three winners will receive champagne and strawberries in their cabin.
e. There are 5 prizes available for Princess Cruises bookings. One winner will receive $100 on-board credit, three winners will receive $50 on-board credit, and one winner will receive 1 Fine Wine Tasting for 2 People experience on board.
f. There are 6 prizes available for Royal Caribbean bookings. Five winners will receive $100 on-board credit, and one winner will receive an Inter Miami football shirt in their chosen size which will be posted to them.
8. Details of how to redeem the Prize will be provided to the winner by email within 14 days of the Closing Date.
9. Booking of the Prize must be made by the winner by 30th May 2025. If the winner fails to book the Prize by this date the Promotor reserves the right to allocate the Prize to another winner drawn in accordance with these terms.

11. The Prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. All ‘on board’ prizes will be applied to the applicable booking made during the promotional period.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at their discretion, to replace the Prize (or part thereof) with an alternative prize (or part thereof) of equal or higher value.
Winners
13. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entrants meeting the entry requirements.
14. The Promoter will contact the winner by email within 14 days of the Closing Date using the details provided when placing a booking and subsequently entering the Prize Draw.
15. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 21 days of the Closing Date or should the winner be unable to accept any prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. By entering the Prize you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry.
Eligibility
17. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over except the following persons:
a. Employees of the Promoter or
b. Employees of any suppliers (or any of their associated or group companies) to the Promoter, or
c. members of the immediate family or households of the persons shown at 17 a) and b) above.
18. If you cancel your booking and the Prize is to be received on board, the Prize will be forfeited. If you cancel your booking and the prize has already been sent to you, you are entitled to retain the prize.
Limitation of liability
Prize Draw
19. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
a. any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw,
b. any changes to the Prize or the way in which it can be used;
c. any act or default of any third-party supplier.
20. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
Personal data
21. The Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw and to facilitate the redemption of prizes. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for these purposes. There is no requirement to subscribe to promotional materials to be entered into the Prize Draw.
22. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice available at www.bolsovercruiseclub.com/about-us/privacy-statement
23. The surname and county of prize winner will be available from the Promoter by sending an email including the name of the competition to [email protected]. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
General
24. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Prize Draw, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. The Promoter’s decision in such matters shall be final.
25. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control.
26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
