Viking Cruises has announced that it is to offer two parallel world cruises in its 2023/2024 season. The move comes in response to overwhelming demand for the cruise line’s past world voyages.

Viking Sky and Viking Neptune will each depart Fort Lauderdale in December 2023 on identical 138-day world voyages taking in 28 countries and 57 ports of call. The sister ships will spend overnight stays in 11 cities, including Sydney, Haifa, and Istanbul, with two night stays in Auckland, Bali, Ho Chi Minh, Yangon and Mumbai.

Viking Sky will depart first, setting sail on 20 December 2023, with Viking Neptune setting sail three days later on 23 December 2023. Both will follow the same itinerary.

Viking Ocean Cruises will also offer shorter 121-day ‘Viking World Journeys’ segments from Los Angeles.
