Cocktail Corner: NCL’s Pineapple Coconut Mojito
We’re desperately seeking sunshine and holidays are so close we can almost smell the sea air. Here’s a taste of what’s to come, with Norwegian Cruise Line’s totally tropical Pineapple Coconut Mojito cocktail recipe.
Take 3 lime wedges
Add 0.5oz sugar syrup
Add 1.25oz of coconut rum
And 1oz pineapple puree
Six mint leaves
Strain over fresh ice
Top with soda water
Garnish with pineapple slice and mint leaves
Serve – and picture Caribbean sunsets from your balcony while drinking!
