Solo Travellers

Singles cruises are just getting better and better. Fortunately, the days of sharing a cabin with someone you have never met in order to cut down on costs are long gone. Cruise lines have come a long way in what they can offer solo travellers and most operators have added single cabins to ships in recent years. Celebrity Cruises are among the cruise lines offering a range of cabins to single travellers, including inside, outside and balcony options, while Fred Olsen also allocate a large number of single cabins to each ship, to name a few.

In addition to single cabins, cruise lines now offer even more features specifically aimed at single cruisers. These include solo traveller welcome meetings, dance hosts and dining tables reserved for solo travellers. Fred Olsen cater extremely well for single passengers, offering more dedicated activities than almost any other operator.

Single occupancy supplements do often apply to bookings with most cruise lines, though operators do have offers which become available with either heavily reduced single supplement cruises or better still, NO single supplement cruises
