Across four dining venues, Aman at Sea brings genuine culinary range to every sailing. Guests can enjoy relaxed, Mediterranean-themed plates at Alira or step into a fine Japanese cuisine spot, Hiori, where teppanyaki is prepared table-side alongside artisanal Japanese sakes. Akari draws on UNESCO-honoured washoku traditions with seasonal omakase menus, while Aman Grill turns cooking by fire into an art form, serving prime aged meats and whole fish using classical techniques. For something more intimate, the Private Dining Room seats up to 10 for a curated evening, while in-suite dining is available throughout the day.

Tranquillity at sea centres on the two-storey Aman Spa, the largest of its kind at sea, where horizon-facing treatment suites open onto private terraces and whirlpool baths. Guests can move between yoga and meditation programmes, beauty rituals and renewal treatments or simply pause in the open-air Japanese-inspired serenity garden, making it easy to balance relaxation with activity throughout an Aman cruise. 

Make your evenings the perfect time to sample all that your Aman Yacht has to offer. The Jazz Club offers live music and craft cocktails after dark, while the neighbouring Cigar Lounge and the Bar at Aman Grill provide a quieter corner for spirits and conversation. The suites onboard Aman cruises are designed to feel like a hotel suite at sea, featuring full-height windows, ceilings reaching up to 2.5 metres and a dedicated Suite Host on hand for unpacking, laundry and pressing. Guests can select from the Deluxe Suite through to the Premier and Premier Fore Suites, with two- and three-bedroom connecting configurations available for those travelling together. At the top of the range sits the Aman Suite, a 3,811 sq ft flagship residence complete with its own private lift, chef's kitchen, sauna and in-suite treatment room.
