So pleased we booked with Bolsover Cruise Club their representative was excellent in locating a nice quite cabin with no obstructions to spoil our view. What a difference in being able to speak to someone that is knowledgeable about all aspects of a ship and able to answer all questions you ask.
Bolsover have always proved to be efficient and knowledgeable regarding the cruises that we have booked through them. Besides which they actually answer their phones almost instantly without having to hold online for an inordinate amount of time compared to Pand O direct.

My wife and I have used Bolsover Cruise Club to book our cruises for over 10 years and have always been delighted with their ability to suggest possible alternative accommodation etc on board ship (i.e. not overlooked by cabins above etc.).

Bolsover are a brilliant cruise club, when you ring you get through straight away to a very helpful consultant who will do your booking for you, in fact when we were abroad on a cruise and wanted to amend our booking they rang us back and sorted it out
