Lovely boat with outstanding entertainment all the staff were very polite and courteous they couldn’t do enough for you! The only downside was not enough seating on and around the promenade also around the various bars In the evening.
Cruising to Spain and Portugal - 24th September to 6th October 2019P&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
We had an excellent cruise on the Ventura. Excellent customer service, food and entertainment. More staff could be recruited to work in the restaurants in the evenings. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. P & O consistently maintain their high standards throughout the Company.
OutstandingRoyal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
Just come back off the independence of the seas. This has by far been one of the best ships we have been on. The staff are outstanding Rav Jue Jenny James and many many more have made this the best holiday yet. They couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be going on this wonderful ship again.
New York. New York.Princess Cruises | Sapphire Princess Reviews

Spain & Portugal 24/9 to 6/10-P&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
Third time on Ventura, looking fairly tired in areas. Like the new seating in Havana and Metropolitan. Food was very good in both self-service and MDR’s. Cut backs in staff in all areas is quite apparent since our previous cruise on her in 2017. The new regulations in regard to taking alcohol on board seems to me to be a complete waste of crew members time. I am sure they could be much more useful…
The best cruise yetP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
I returned on Sunday October 6th from a cruise on Ventura around the coast of Spain and Portugal. It was by far the best P&O cruise I have been on so far. The service and food were as good as ever, the entertainment as mixed as ever, the quizzes the same as ever, (same questions!), and the group of solo travellers I spent most of my time with outstanding!
I can’t comment on P&O excursions as I’v…
Wonderful Autumn breakP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
We have recently returned from 12 days on board Ventura. The ship has every facility for young and old alike. On this occasion we particularly enjoyed the walking trip in Lisbon organised by “Urban Adventures”. The variety and depth of the trip surprised all the 12 folks who we accompanied and is an excellent venture by P and O to use other companies for shore excursions. The entertainment was aga…
Azura 21st September to 5th OctoberP&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Absolutely fantastic holiday, the Captain and crew were so good. It was quite eventful and the Captain and crew deserve a medal for the way the handled two very difficult situations.
First time with Celebrity-Celebrity Cruises | Celebrity Silhouette Reviews
Having cruised many times this was our first cruise with Celebrity and I have to say it didn’t disappoint, despite the ship being due a refurbishment it exceeded our expectations. If there was a downside it was the theatre shows on some nights unfortunately a new entertainments team joined the ship the same day as us and didn’t have shoes ready to go, but I’m assured this is not normally the…
The Fall in New EnglandP&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
This cruise was up to P&O Cruises/Aurora usual high standards.
We hope this ship is around much longer than anticipated so that we can enjoy her, her crew & ambience again.
Cruise to The AzoresCelebrity Cruises | Celebrity Silhouette Reviews
First time on Celebrity. Previously Cunard for decades. Cannot help comparing with Cunard, but found it beyond expectation. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.
We booked with a Classic drinks package and gratuities included. Drinks package very good and will book again with that offer! We also bought an 8 night Speciality Restaurant package offered on board; the restaurants are excellent, particul…
Azores cruiseCelebrity Cruises | Celebrity Silhouette Reviews
Excellent cruise. The sky suite was really first class and the sunset balcony was reasonably large and good for sunbathing.
The crew were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The suite-only restaurant was excellent with personal service.
Unfortunately Michaels Club was rather dark and would benefit from a makeover but we understand that this will happen when the ship is refurbished.
Canaries and AzoresCelebrity Cruises | Celebrity Silhouette Reviews
Lovely ship, easy enough to navigate, love that the atrium is open almost to the top and the centre lifts are glass.
Every public space was clean with an attendant in all public toilets, not a blocked toilet in site.
The speciality dining was expensive and I thought unnecessary as main dining area food was excellent. We did try Qsine as an anniversary treat, very clever dining experience.
Amazing time.P&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
We have just been on the New York and Canada cruise. We had a really amazing time and just loved New York. Lovely friendly ship and crew. Had to take a 600 mile detour to avoid the hurricane and a few eventful instances but the captain was very professional and always kept us informed what was happening.
Canada and USA - Do it on the Aurora if possible- I thinkP&O Cruises | Aurora Reviews
Lovely Transatlantic Cruise, disappointing weather on the way home, but as they say “ you pays your money and takes your chance”.
For us the Aurora is P&O s 4 Star flagship – a step above Oceana and Azura, certainly.
Plenty of deck space, wide wrap around promenade deck, Anderson’s bar and not to mention , a very efficient tender service.
We find the Captains style reflects on the service. On the …
a little disappointed-P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
Noticed a few areas where we were a little disappointed. sometimes had a long wait to even see a waiter in atrium for coffee, let alone get served. Also one night in restaurant, freedom dining waited 3/4 of an hour to get order taken, let alone food. Have noticed that now tips not paid the service has definately gone down. Personally would sooner give tips, it encourages better service.
Went in sp…
Just what we neededP&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
From the moment of arriving at Southampton the cruise met our expectations to the full, until the disembarkation which was chaotic. However, the 19 night voyage to the Greek Islands was “top dollar” & could not be faulted. We have taken many cruises over the years & this one was up there with the best. Well done P & O. Looking forward to the next one on Iona next year.
As good as everP&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
6th cruise on Oceana in last 10 years. She is definitely looking her age but that didn’t stop us from having a good 14 days on her last month. Borrowed a wheelchair for my wife on first day from reception and this helped us on shore visits. Itinery was good both on board and shore. Plenty to do. Food as usual was brilliant and we chose freedom dining for a change as there were 3 of us in my group.…
First CruiseP&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
This was our first cruise. The main areas of the ship were very good, well presented, clean and tidy. Our cabin with balcony was small but comfortable and well looked after. The bathroom was very small and tired it could do with a make over. The food was first class as was the service most of the time. One draw back was the constant fight to get a cup of tea or refill, why not just give a pot to e…
Wonderful ConnieCelebrity Cruises | Celebrity Constellation Reviews
This was our 4th time on the Constellation albeit a few years since we last cruised on her, we’ve been on Solstice class ships in the meantime. I was a little apprehensive when I read some of the reviews about her being tired and shabby in places but I needn’t have worried – we have had a wonderful cruise.
The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy, everywhere was spotless, th…
Another lovely cruiseP&O Cruises | Ventura Reviews
This was our first cruise on this ship, previously having sailed on P&O Arcadia and Oriana.
We arrived at the Ocean Terminal in Southampton at 11.45am and by 12.15 we were on board enjoying the buffet lunch. The embarkation process was very slick, from being greeted by CPS parking personnel to check-in staff.
Once on board we were directed to deck 15 where the buffet is located. There was plenty o…
Disapointing-P&O Cruises | Oceana Reviews
Too many extra charges, no quiet places to sunbathe. Summary: Food and entertainment excellent. No need for steward to go into cabin twice daily. Not necessary to change towels twice daily. Too noisy on deck. Prefer a little peace and quiet to sunbathe.
Amazing-Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas Reviews
Food cleanliness 10 out of 10 a little disappointed on amount of shows in theatre
Great adventureP&O Cruises | Azura Reviews
Excellent dining. Cabin clean and tidy nothing a trouble. Staff helpful and very supportive as I am in a wheelchair.
Danube Waltz cruise, September 2019Viking Cruises | Viking Prestige
This was a very pleasant introduction to river cruising, a new experience for us. Everything about the cruise – the ship, the crew, food & drink, guided tours – was perfect and couldn’t be faulted in any way.
The crew in particular couldn’t do enough to make our holiday memorable. The shore guides were, without exception, knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. The ship was clean and our cabin s…
Alaska-Holland America Line | MS Amsterdam Reviews
The ship, food, cleanliness and service were excellent.
However, the entertainment was very poor.
Did not disappoint!Cruise & Maritime Voyages | Magellan Reviews
Having just returned from our 5th cruise on Magellan, we were not disappointed. Weather was totally against us on our cruise to Iceland, Land of Ice and Fire. Unable to dock in Faroe Isles due to extreme winds. Extra sailing day but plenty to do! Iceland is amazing, Magellan a very comfortable ship which handles bad weather well. Lots of food, speciality dining well worth the extra, drinks package…
