Wonderful destination-Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines | Black Watch
The cruise was wonderful but I feel that Black Watch needs to look at their entertainment as there are too many piano’s needs to get a bit more modern like her sister ship Braemar. We went to Iceland/Greenland/ and Norway.1 person found this helpful.Read more
Awesome holidayRoyal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
From getting on the ship to getting off, everything went very well. The ship is huge and amazing. All the staff were very helpful. The activities onboard were very varied and plentiful- problem we had was not long enough on the ship to try everything out. The fjords themselves were spectacular- thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, can’t wait to book another one !1 person found this helpful.Read more
P&O's VENTURA, a family friendly ship with SMOKING PROMOTED-P&O Cruises | Ventura
As a minor P&O shareholder I was very concerned that on this ship, designated FAMILY FRIENDLY, with some 600 children on board, 50% of the promenade deck was allocated to SMOKERS.
FURTHERMORE, tobacco products were heavily promoted with discounts for multiple buys, as well as being on open display both in a shop and in the atrium.
To cap it all, the ship’s team were extensively highlighting TEENAG…3 people found this helpful.Read more

Azura Mediterranean Cruise July 2018P&O Cruises | Azura
An amazing ship with so much to do! Beautiful atrium, staff are so attentive and helpful. Balcony room we stayed in was a good size and always kept clean. Food is fantastic, especially the steak in the Meridian/Peninsular restaurants! We loved the food at the buffet and enjoyed afternoon tea every day! Entertainment also fab, our favourite band were High Tides who regularly played in the Planet Ba…1 person found this helpful.Read more
Brilliant value cruiseCruise & Maritime Voyages | Columbus
We had a really enjoyable Canary Islands cruise on Columbus. We loved the ship, the old P&O Arcadia, especially the back decks and prom deck. The food in the main dining room was absolutely excellent and don’t know how they do it for the price. Entertainment was better than on other CMV ships that we have been on, not as polished as P&O and Cunard but very good talented singers and dancers. Our ca…1 person found this helpful.Read more
Cruising at its best 🙂Celebrity Cruises | Celebrity Silhouette
We have just returned from a Baltic cruise on Celebrity Silhouette. I can not praise this ship and it’s staff enough. One of the best cruise lines we have been on. A really friendly feeling ship, fabulous staff and great food. I would recommend this cruise line unreservedly.1 person found this helpful.Read more

NorwayRoyal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
The cruise was a success. It was a family get together and it met most requirements to a good level. As regular cruisers, my wife and I thought the food standard was a little down on previous cruises in the main dining room. The buffets were excellent though. With regard to service, the general impression in the dining rooms was that the waiters and assistant waiters were being asked to service mo…
British Isles 24/7 to 5/8Princess Cruises | Royal Princess
Great cruise…loved Royal she is a beautiful ship. Our Balcony cabin was clean, the balcony smaller than we thought but adequate. The bathroom was bigger than on previous ships we’ve been on.
9 ports and 2 sea days . Nightmare getting back on tenders at Guernsey but don’t think that was down to Princess. I think the port can’t cope when 2 ships are in!!!
Food was good, the main dining room menu ove…1 person found this helpful.Read more
Little and Large-Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
Public areas exceptional after the update. The cabin was poor, dated and tired verging on shabby. A outdoor cabin with round window inadequate size for three people not enough clothes storage. Tiny ensuite. Won’t use ship again until cabins are updated.
A perfect cruise to celebrate our Golden WeddingP&O Cruises | Arcadia
We are an active couple who have cruised many times before. We wanted and got an adults-only cruise where we could walk and explore, learn new things and see new places and be looked after and pampered as well. We had an amazing time and have absolutely no problems recommending the experience. The service, cabin, food in both club and speciality restaurant Sindhu, activities on board, entertainmen…1 person found this helpful.Read more
Very Commercialised now, food standards poor, overcrowded-Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
The declining standard of food and service in the MDR was noticeable. Windjammer always overcrowded with lots of queuing – but food always nice there. Breakfast very samey though – same stuff every morning – no pastry variety. The all-inclusive drinks packages just made for people drinking excessively and there is lots of waste. My cabin attendant was lazy (room dirty and not checked). Entertainme…
Around the UK...on an American ShipPrincess Cruises | Royal Princess
Having cruised with Princess before and liking their relaxed style we jumped when we saw a deal on around the UK cruise on Royal Princess. If your curious about the ship, look on YouTube…which is what we did.
We booked an inside cabin as it was a very port intensive cruise. Visited: Guernsey, Cobh for Cork, Dublin, Liverpool, Greenock for Glasgow, Invergordon, South Queensferry for Edinburgh and L…
Great shipP&O Cruises | Azura
A great cruise around the Med with fantastic weather. First time in a “sunset” balcony which we loved; never seen so many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A great crew who made Azura a very happy ship. The only downside was the usual sunbed hoggers; some of whom would reserve their sunbed, go off on a port trip and expect their “reservation” to be there on their return. To be fair P & O did their b…1 person found this helpful.Read more

A Cunarder pleasantly surprised!P&O Cruises | Aurora
The cruise on the Aurora was to the Canaries. Couldn’t get anything on Cunard as I need an accessible cabin and there was nothing available. I have to say that the staff were second to none, absolutely fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. There was a terrific variety of food in the buffet and also in the restaurant. The waiting staff was great. There were lovely quiet areas in which to si…2 people found this helpful.Read more
Tardis in reverse-P&O Cruises | Britannia
Norwegian Fjord Cruise 22-29 July 2018
We won’t cruise on Britannia again. It is larger outside than any ship we’ve cruised on before but the accommodation is smaller and the balcony is tiny. I suppose P & O have to squeeze as many passengers on board as possible to maximize profit.
This cruise gave us 4 shore days so when, because Britannia suffered propulsion problems, we arrived at our next port…1 person found this helpful.Read more
A wonderful week!Royal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas
We have this week returned from our second cruise with Royal Caribbean International. We have had a one-week Mediterranean cruise on Navigator of the Seas. All I can say is it’s the slickest operation on all fronts. On the ship within 25 minutes. Cabin ready early. An absolutely amazing crew and the food from the a la carte breakfast and evening meal was just simply perfect! This ship has everythi…
Cruise from hell!!-Royal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
This was an extremely noisy rowdy cruise, full of ill disciplined children, beer swilling parents and a total lack of supervision from the cruise staff. There was nowhere to escape the constant, maximum volume music, which was aimed solely at the 15 to 25’s. The only slightly quieter place was the 16+ pool but all beds were take by 6.30 am despite the so called bed police….how sad!! On several occ…1 person found this helpful.Read more
Quick tripRoyal Caribbean International | Navigator of the Seas
Have been on the RCI Navigator of the Seas 4 times now and always had a brilliant time. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make your holiday amazing.
Food was really good. We were only on the ship this time for a quick one weeks holiday in the school holidays, but it was a lovely break. Definitely, recommend this ship for families.
Great cruiseRoyal Caribbean International | Independence of the Seas
Had a great time on a Mediterranean cruise in July on Independence of the Seas. We had been on the ship two years ago before it’s refit. The ship is amazing for families now. Just like a floating resort. Food and service was very good. We had the deluxe drinks package, WiFi and gratuities included which was great as the drinks prices in dollars are very expensive. The one downside was a lot of t…
2 day cruiseP&O Cruises | Ventura
Thank you to Bolsover Cruise Club for booking me this cruise Guernsey. It was just a pity we could not get off the ship because the sea swell was too much. Baltic Cruise July 2018Viking Cruises | Viking Sea
This was our first Viking Sea cruise and we are really lost for superlatives to describe our cruise. The ship is extremely well designed and appointed and is impeccably furnished. Cruising the Seine and Gardens. July 2018Cruise & Maritime Voyages | Magellan
The 24 people in my group thought the cruise was excellent and could not be faulted in any way. The cabins, food, service and ports of call were absolutely first class. The entertainment was West End standard.
We are now looking forward to visiting the Scottish Islands next July and have already booked.1 person found this helpful.Read more

MSC Seaside-MSC Cruises | MSC Seaside
My partner and I have cruised many times and this was our first time with MSC. We were travelling with family including Grandchildren aged 22, 20 and 11. The MSC Seaside is brand new and everything beautiful.

Excellent shipP&O Cruises | Ventura
I have cruised many times over the past 30 years and up until this one with my husband. Now being a widow I asked my daughter to join me, it was her first cruise.
Ventura was exceptional on all fronts – staff most friendly, food wonderful, entertainment all excellent. I can honestly say it was the best ship I have cruised on.

7 night cruise from Southampton-P&O Cruises | Ventura
We have recently returned from a 7 night cruise on Ventura, from Southampton to Guernsey, Spain and Portugal. We travelled with our daughter and our two grandchildren. Ventura is a ship that we have used several times before as a family. A well run, clean and tidy ship with excellent staff and good food. I booked two balcony cabins, our daughter’s was allocated on deck 12, and ours, an upgrade we …
