Never again, 15 cruises and treated like crap

We enjoyed our latest cruise, this time to Alaska. Went on several excursions and learnt a lot. Everything was well organised, as we have come to expect from Princess.

Having had several lovely past cruises with Princess, this was the worst experience, and nowhere close to being a 'Princess' branded cruise. Buffet food was awful, minimal variety, repeated meals at lunch & dinner, poor quality & badly cooked. Toilets kept breaking...
