Allure Is Alluring

This particular ship has something to suit anyone. The solarium and Vitality spa give the impression that you are not on a large commercial cruise ship, as they offer a welcome retreat. The area is also adult only (over 16) so you can get an escape from the all action atmosphere if you wanted to. It is also easy to get caught up on numbers but for the amount of passengers onboard the ship caters for all tastes quite easily, you never feel cramped in the public areas and the venues are small enough to give an atmosphere in each whilst still catering to the mass passengers.
The brand is about much more than size and gimmicks, as I originally thought, the attention to every detail is incredible, each of the bars feels like a main event not just a holding area for the public to wait in. The casino onboard is huge and always very busy, but has an atmosphere that causes you to get caught up in the moment. The wow factor is available throughout the ship, and is kept to a very high standard. The way in which you enter and leave the ship is also very well organized and efficient. There were minimal queues throughout my cruise and the only one I could think of it at the end of my cruise waiting to pick my bags up.
Royal Caribbean has shown exceptional value for money, the drinks package is very reasonable and can save you a fortune in the long run, if you include this and pre pay your gratuities, you are pretty much covered before you sail, the only extras you pay for are the dining venues which are very reasonable for the quality you receive, and the shore excursions, these are more expensive and the savvy passenger can pick them up off of the ship at a cheaper rate, but because you are saving onboard you may not be as reluctant as me to splash out. This compared to P&O is the real difference P&O have cheaper drinks but no package and the entertainment onboard Royal Caribbean is the best I have seen at sea. P&O markets itself to British passengers, however I think the British public would be equally happy to cruise with Royal Caribbean, the payment system is very simple and converted effortlessly from dollars to sterling, and you can choose for either your bank or Royal Caribbean to convert the payments.
The value and quality of products and services on offer. It is not just about the wow factors such as the Flow rider or Zip line, it??s the variety of bars and public areas you find around the ship and the attention to detail that goes into them, for example you cannot get all the same drinks in every bar, each bar has a slightly different menu, and unique drinks. The food kiosks as well are tremendous, Sorrento had a Pizza of the day which is free of charge, and you could also visit the park caf??, for salads and snacks which where freshly prepared how you like them. As I mentioned earlier the beverage package is great value for money and once this is added you spend very little throughout the rest of your time onboard. The range of dining venues are also fantastic and cater to all tastes I went to Rita??s Cantina Mexican restaurant and also Giovanni’s Table an Italian focusing on Italian classics.
However, I was deeply dissapointed by American Airlines they were disorganised and the crew were lazy and unfriendly. This did sour the experience as you found yourself stressed on the way out and your holiday ended abruptly coming back. Hopefully the food in the Main Dining Room also will improve. The rest of the party also compained, you could not fault the service only the qualiy of the food coming out in the main dining room. If this was sorted the cruise would be nearly faultless.
