We embarked on Carnival Dream on Sunday 30th Sept from New Orleans – a massive ship(4,500 at full capacity) and a massive and very tiring queue to get on board- be warned and book priority boarding! We were a bit wary as when we booked the Bolsover rep looked a bit askance when we asked about formal nights, like ‘don’t expect any!!’ In fact the ship was great, the crew were great, the fellow passengers were all very friendly and there were 2 ‘Elegant nights’ during our 7 days when everyone dressed up to the nines! Bolsover staff take note! That said, this was week 3 of a fabulous holiday organised through Bolsover and all went smoothly for which we were very grateful-we could have turned round and done it all again!
