The staff on our Baltic Cruise were excellent.
We were in Aqua Class and the restaurant rservice there was exceptional.
The Speciality Restaurant MURANO provided an intimate setting for top class food and was worth the additional cost.
The cleanliness and comfort on board were very good.
There were lots of activities on board for the sea days providing something for everyone.
There were a couple of negatives which affected our impression.
The entertainment was hit and miss.
The permanent small acts which covered the bars were good, but some of the main acts in the theatre were sub standard.
The other thing that needs improving is the communications on board.
The PA system was dire and in particular those instructions on disembarkation were hopeless.
The other negative was the cost of their shore excursions, which were quite frankly outrageous.
Notwithstanding that our overall impression of Celebrity was good and we would certainly sail with them again.
