No help on board except for 2 crew members selling drink packages and premium restaurants noisy ship with no quiet areas.card room had no cards and bridge became impossible because of noise of mah-jong players in same room and noise of dance lessons and table tennis tournaments coming through open spaces poor lectures and dreadful entertainment (except for one item) service in Blu restaurant was excellent and food was good but not excellent.you had to be in alpha class to benefit reluctance of staff to admit mistakes of which there were several an expensive cruise and not one to be repeated
