Recently completed a med cruise on the Celebrity Equinox.
Most aspects of the cruise were fine.
However two matters are worth a specific comment.
1.
Whilst Celebrity recommend a dress code they make no effort to “encourage” conformity.
As a result many guest on Formal nights were seen in jeans/T-shirts/shorts etc which did not even reach a “smart casual” appearance.
Very disappointing to say the least.
2.
The Guest entertainers on the ship were generally poor – overall entertainment not a patch on P&O.
This was my 7th cruise with Celebrity and did not reach the overall level of enjoyment of previous cruises
