We have cruised with Celebrity for many years but this is the first time with “Infinity”.
Having just been on two P&O cruises we would not choose to cruise on Infinity again which has let Celebrity Cruises down.
The were too many aspects relating to organisation that were below par and I have written to the Chief Executive in Florida about the following.
Emergency Drill – a shambles, Breakfast seating organisation very poor.
Food – cold – main course compilation.
Priority Tender Service did not happen Select Dining – not successful Tour Information – too late and inadequate Dress Mode not adhered too by too many guests.
Jeans on formal evening.
