Cant praise this cruise high enough.
Vancouver a beautiful city anyway to spend time in prior to leaving, however even with Infinity getting on in age, recent changes to deck layout and overall quality in appearance on rooms and public areas…
still a good ship to travel on (was Aqua class).
Was wary, as was on Reflection last year (obviously newer/larger and more facilities), however Infinity still can hold its own within the fleet.
Had the luck of very good weather across the cruise and extremely enjoyable.
Scenery was amazing and plenty of whales and eagles to keep anyone happy (even saw a bear).
On the food front……
Blu restaurant was good (for both breakfast and dinner).
Took the trip to Tracy Arm (which was actually shut due to ice preventing boats accessing the glacier ), however the adjacent glacier was substituted for the trip (we were warned in advance etc), which provided an excellent trip ( bears/whales/waterfalls and brilliant glacier visit).
Crew on the trip were excellent, allowing time to look at any areas of interest along the way and good information during the trip.
