My family and I have just enjoyed a 10 night cruise aboard Celebrity Reflection which.
with two exceptions was quite excellent.
The exceptions were first of all the bar service particularly the Pool Bar.
It would appear that with the introduction of drinks packages the incentive to give fast friendly service has disappeared.
Personally I think this is because with the guests no longer signing for their drinks they are not receiving the additional gratuities they normally would have.
My second disappointment was with the laundry service.
I sent four shirts to be laundered and pressed and, when they were returned they looked as if they had been slept in.
Our stateroom attendant sent them back but when they were returned there was little if any improvement.
These two issues marred what was otherwise a quite excellent cruise.
