My friend and I have recently returned from a weeks cruise on the Celebrity Reflection in the Carribean.
We were both overwhelmed by the ship in all areas from the customer service to the overall quality.
The ship is outstanding and is total luxury.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive; the staterooms are clean and comfortable; the food is of an excellent standardand the shows and entertainment, superb.
We would without a doubt love to go on this ship again.
The only drawback was the flight from the UK to Miami as Virgin Atlantic was not as good as we had hoped.
The food was sparce and the on board entertainment limited.
We were also dissapointed with the hotel we stayed in during our first night – Sherraton Miami Airport.
The hotel is old, tired and in desperate need of a make over.
Also it is a $35 taxi fair away from Miami beach.
