Having booked with celebrity for the first time, I was given gold standard service from the first telephone call.
Our travel rep was called ‘Craig’ and he was just outstanding from the very first call.
Every little detail was overseen by Craig and he sorted out every little teething problem regarding details.
We can not thank this man enough.
With regards to the cruise, it was just magical and memorable from the start until the end of the cruise.
The service onboard was again gold standard and amazing.
We stayed in the ‘royal suite’ and the entire experience was amazing.
I can not find any negative comments about cruising with celebrity and will 100% be sailing with celebrity again.
In fact we have already booked a second cruise, and again are being looked after by ‘Craig’.
I’m a positive that all his colleagues deal with their customers in a professional, kind, caring nature.
Thank you for an amazing cruise and extremely memorable holiday
