We had a wonderful holiday on this ship.
It was the biggest cruise ship my partner and I had ever travelled on and we were a little apprehensive.
However, it was so well organised and spacious that there were no problems.
No waiting for lifts.
No queue getting on and off the ship.
Sun bathing with lots of sunbeds and sometimes a deck to ourselves.
The only criticisms we would make is that the “any time dining” does not work on this size of ship.
We tried this for 2 nights but had to wait sometimes 45 minutes for a table.
We changed to late sitting and our table was waiting for us every night with our very friendly waiter which was most enjoyable.
Bolsover, please note that the BA flight that took us to Rome which was due to fly at 07.20 was a fiasco.
Our flight was called at the right time and we made our way to the Gate departure lounge.
We were then asked to board one of the buses that would take us to our flight.
Having boarded the bus we then waited 15 minutes on the bus to be told that the crew had not turned up.
The bus then took off to take us to the plane and it travelled around the concourse and back again to the Gate.
We were then asked to get off the bus and wait in the lounge.
We were again told the crew had not turned up and we were on a Titan aircraft that had been chartered by BA but there was no crew.
We then waited 45 minutes to an hour in the lounge having to give our boarding card in every time we visited the toilets.
This was so disappointing as most passengers had to make their way to the airport from 4 am or earlier.
Eventually when we boarded the Titan flight and asked what the problem was the Titan Crew knew nothing about it and said that they normally travelled from Stansted and had to make their way to Gatwick for the flight.
There were no problems on the way home.
