Just back from a fantastic amazing cruise on Cunard Queen Anne to the Norwegian fjords and Hamburg. Embarkation and disembarkation was quick and efficient and our suitcases were waiting for us at our cabin when we had completed the muster station check in. The ship was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The Cunard staff throughout the ship were friendly and helpful. The only rude staff member was in the Effy shop. We had a balcony cabin on the 11th deck on starboard side and it was great. Really spacious cabin with lots of wardrobe space and fantastic large bathroom with very spacious walk in shower.
Bolsover Cruise club staff were really helpful and always available for questions before we had sailed and had some very good tips to make the cruise even more enjoyable.
Would definitely recommend booking through Bolsover and will definitely be looking to cruise with Cunard again.
