Worst cruise ever.
Constant queueing, staff overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests, so service was generally poor.
The exception being the excellent service provided by the cabin steward.
Freedom dining was chaotic Bathroom shower door was great.
Shows were far too noisy for comfort.
Insight speakers were good and interesting, as usual.
Narrow promenade deck, without seating, and view blocked by lifeboats was a disappointment, as was the absence of a small bookshop.
Navigating around the ship was confusing and difficult.
