There were good points, but the value felt poor

In 25 years of cruising this was the worst cruise we have been on Very disappointing.

The ship was not expected and certainly does have the ‘wow’ factor thst the other ships have.

Lots of wasted space to sit around and do nothing that could have been utilised better with another venue.

1 main dining room which depending on where you were seated was dark and lacked atmosphere.

Very poor choices in the buffet restaurant ‘The Artisan food court’ food left plated up and sat on hot plates so was not fresh.

Out of all the ships we have sailed on Queen Anne has a lot of movement even in calm seas.

The cabin was very dark with poor lighting.

The bathroom however was very good with a large double shower.

The gala evenings were a non event.

Passengers dressed up but nothing special about these nights, no special menu or anything different from Cunard just an ordinary evening on the ship.

Shops very poor unless you wanted to spend thousands of pounds on expensive jewellery or buy a ‘pre loved’ Louis Vuitton bag.

Poor choice of goods in the beauty shop and the same in the duty free alcohol shop.

Entertainment was poor, the theatre seat configuration has not been staggered which meant you can not see very well as someone is sitting directly in front of you so your view is of the back someone’s head.

Repetitive guest entertainer performances i.e a pianist twice, violinist twice, tribute band twice in the 2 weeks we were on board and only 2 production shows.

The production shows were excellent but to see the theatre show you had to skip dessert and coffee to be able to get a seat as the dining timed conflict with the theatre times if you are on fixed dining as we were.

Dining time 8.15 show time 9.45.

In a busy restaurant the waiters were unable to deliver a full service whithin that time frame.

The alternative entertainment venues were the Queen’s room which was good for ballroom dancers but not for those who don’t ballroom dance.

The ‘Bright Lights Society’ was one the of strangest venues we have been too.

A male entertainer who was more like a children’s entertainer and 2 female singers.

Very disappointed in this venue and did not deliver up to the advertised description of the performances.

15% service charge on all drinks but no service.

The Cunard loyalty cocktail party held around the pool as there are no other venues suitable.

Not a great atmosphere and we could hardly hear the Captain’s speech even though it was projected in to the large screen as all you hear is the sloshing of the pool water.

Formal portraits taken in ‘The Grand Lobby’ have a very poor back backdrop as your portrait has other people walking around or sitting in the background so we did not purchase any photos.

Films and music videos shown in ‘The Pavillion’ were outdated most dated 2008 or 2013.

Overall not impressed, certainly the Cunard White Star service not in evidence on Queen Anne except the afternoon tea in the Queen’s room.

We are not new to Cunard but certainly will not sail on this ship again which sadly was also the opinion of other passengers we spoke to whilst onboard.
