We celebrated our 60th anniversary on board the Queen Elizabeth Booking the cruise and registering went smoothly The view of the ship from the docks was awe inspiring.The amazement increased as a smartly dressed steward conducted us to our cabin.
It was apparent that no expense had been spared on fittings and fixtures in this ship.
Our cabin, an inside standard.was clean comfortable and welcoming.The steward was attentive and helpful.
The food in the Brittania and Lido restaurants was excellent and the waiters were firstclass Entertainment was varied to suit all tastes from stage shows to comedy Excursions ashore were expensive and had to be selected according to budget Finally, Cunards main asset is its staff.
