This was the 2nd time we didn’t get to Brugge with Cunard and we were really disappointed. We have completed an online feedback form but have heard nothing back yet. Can Bolsover get some compensation for us? The rest of the cruise was ok but the disappointment took the enjoyment out of the cruise.
