First time on QM2 and first time on Cunard.
We were not impressed.Thr ship was lovely but a little tired .In need of a refurb.
However the service was very poor in the restaurants.
Food was poor on many occaisions,and in some cases cold.It was mostly luke warm.
Also menue was repeated each week.As we went from Southampton to New York and the NEW York to Quebec and back cruise and then sailed from New York back to Southampton we were on the ship for 27 days.
Menue monotonousThe shows from the theatre Royal group were quite good but repeated in somes cases 3 times.
My expectations were severely let down.From the start of the third segment could not wait to get home.
Many people who had cruised on the QM2 many times agreed with our issues and declared they would not be travelling on the ship again.
This was our first experience with Cunard and QM2 and one we will not be repeating.
