I have been cruising for many years on different ships.
We started our cruising on the QE2 , Countess, Princess, Crown dynesty and Crown Jewel.
We then changed to Princess Cruises and cruised for many years with them.
We then went over to P&O cruises.
Eighteen months ago we went on the Queen Elizabeth.
We realised then that Cunard cruises hadn’t changed from the first we went with them .
You dressed for dinner every evening in informal wear and formal wear.
We found with Princess and P&O in the end passengers dressed in very casual wear.
When we had formal nights half the ship was in casual wear and the other half in formal.
I just does not go together.
To me Cunard is what cruising is all about dressing up with wonderful food and the ships are second to none.
