We stayed in the room 8088 and it was a special treat in recognition of the help I gave Mike when he moved to Leeds in May.
But we enjoyed it so much that going back now to the other Staterooms and the Britannia restaurant is not an option so we have booked for the Baltic in August next year in the Princess Grill this time as very few choices were available.
The access to the 11 & 12 decks, the choice of times to dine, the wholeAmbience of the dining room and the lounge were far superior and the staff were obviously a much higher quality and very knowledgeable and friendly.
Even if we cannot justify spending that amount yearly we will definitely be booking one of the Grill Suites when we go again.
A really enjoyable and memorable cruise.
The only comment was that Paul Christopher even though he is a good singer was not good to dance to.
Some of the numbers were so short we hardly got once around the floor he changed the tempo during a number and ended too many numbers with doo be doo be doo which meant you never knew when it was ending.
