My wife and I recently cruised on Cunard’s Queen Victoria.
For the past several years, we had sailed with P&O and were a little apprehensive beforehand, having formed an impression of Cunard as being stuffy and snobbish.
How wrong I was!
She was an absolute delight, feeling totally relaxed and extremely friendly (crew and passengers).
The decor was elegant and opulent as expected.
The service was 10-star, at least.
Being vegetarian, I’m always nervous about the choice of options, but here too, I was totally blown away.
Multiple choices at the evening meal.
Fantastic!
The Queen’s Ballroom was magnificent with all the splendor you would expect, and the Royal Court Theatre with its royal boxes is a must for everyone.
I could go on for hours, but to sum it all up, total 5-star luxury and so much more.
We are hooked on Cunard from now on, nothing less will do!
