We sailed with Cunard Line on board Queen Victoria.
The QV (and QE) is becoming my favourite ship. In many ways an unremarkable cruise – which can be a good thing. Easy boarding and disembarkation. Room steward excellent; food in MDR and buffet fine and at times excellent. Promptly refunded for an excursion we had to cancel. Tried afternoon tea in the Queen’s Room for the first time. Food and service in Corriander and Bamboo excellent. They do need to sort out draughts in the Winter Garden; tuxes with blankets is not a good look. Got $600 OBC per person for a future booking which they transferred back to Bolsover.
