Having been on Bolette before, we knew the high quality and standards adopted. However we were disappointed to find our cabin, 2566, in need of updating, particularly the bathroom. The shower cubicle tiles were badly affected by black mould. The cabin attendant did her best, but it became even more obvious when tiles started falling off the wall due to mould behind. We were eventually moved to an upgraded cabin, 2564, which was much better. Why was cabin 2566 considered suitable for occupation in the first place?
Apart from that, we found the service, food and entertainment to be of a high standard and we enjoyed the cruise.
The excursions we took were good value.
