Wonderful cruise from the kind lady at the check-in at Newcastle who on her own mobile sorted out the Tyne tunnel that we had not known that you had to pre pay thank you.
Embarkation was very quick and well done, Bolette is a very lovely ship, comfortable and spotless.
Our cruise to Finland Sweden, and Denmark marvellous, crew were amazing.
