We thoroughly enjoyed our recent cruise with Fred Olsen. We had chosen the cruise because of it’s destination. Everything is organised very well. We were happy with our cabin although might go a bit more mid ship next time as there was alot of noise when arriving at ports. All food was delicious and we tried the Main dining room, the buffet and the pool bar. There were plenty of bars and always somewhere to sit. The entertainment and activities were many and varied and we tried all sorts of things. We particularly enjoyed the talks by Gervase Phinn. We can’t praise all the staff more. Every single one of them was pleasant and helpful and usually smiling. We would have no hesitation in using Fred Olsen again, we do prefer smaller ships, although we tend to choose by destination rather than cruise company.
