We had a fantastic experience on our cruise over Christmas in December.
The boat was beautiful, our trips were amazing and we really enjoyed all of the entertainment and the kids club was good when needed.
We opted for the Yacht club and it was everything we had hoped for.
The service we recieved from start to finish was amazing.
All of the team made such a fuss of our daughter which meant so much, she felt so looked after.
The food was absloutely stunning, the drinks, afternoon tea and special events were all superb.
We have to say a huge thank you to Ivis and Eder our butler team for making our stay so special, nothing was to much trouble and Eder was always so friendly and ensured we always had everything we needed.
Also to Jay who initially welcomed us at the yacht club reception and really looked after us in the Yacht club lounge or wherever we saw him and was always so friendly and helpful.
A huge thank you to Sonaram and Paulo who made our dining experience at the yacht club restaurant at every meal with their warm welcome, recommendations and attention to detail, it would not have been the same without them.
My husband is Gluten free and they took such care with his requirements and they were fantastic with our daughter and really took great care of us all and really made our experience the what it was.
They are all an all an absolute credit to MSC.
The director of the yacht club was also fantastic but we didn’t catch his name properly.
The whole team were constant professionals and are some of the best staff we have ever encountered.
They made everything seem effortless and gave a wonderful service 24/7.
