The ship was too big with several different nationalities so announcements in several languages.
It seemed to be the first week of the Italian school holidays so lots of children who were better behaved than a lot of the adults.
Little chance of a sunbed or a swim.
The buffet at breakfast and lunch was like a football match.
Dinner in the restaurant was good as we had been seated with 2 other English couples.
We had to Queue for 55 mins after breakfast to get a ticket for the tender at Santorini.
Unfortunately we also had to queue for the cable car both ways, for an hour each time.
There was a queue for tickets for the tender at Dubrovnik so we didn’t get off the ship.
There was loads of food and 6 courses in the evening but much too elaborate and lacking taste, which was disappointing on an Italian ship.
The balcony cabin was good, comfortable bed with enough room.
The decor was opulent and overdone, to the extent that they had used an elaborate font for the cabin numbers and we couldn’t tell the difference between a 1 and a 7 till the 3rd day! The drinks packages disappointed a lot of people.
They didn’t really understand what they had paid for until they found out they couldn’t have a Guinness in their beer package for example.
The itinerary was good, we enjoyed the Greek Islands especially.
We’d go here again but not on this ship.
