We were a party of 10 adults and all of us left with a feeling of disappointment due to the lack of service.
There was a serious lack of personnel available on our weekend cruise and we seemed to spend for ever in one queue or another.
We queued for almost 30 minutes to get into dinner.
We queued again in the morning to be seated for breakfast.
Once seated, four of us received good service, but the table of six did not.
Several of the items requested never reached their table and they ended up going to find items for themselves.
In the lounge/bar areas, we frequently had to go looking for someone to serve us and would then have to wait for up to 20 minutes to have drinks served.
The bar staff and waiters were clearly over-stretched and became irritable on several occasions.
We queued to get tickets to be tendered off, and then waited for well over an hour for our turn to be called.
On the day of departure, we were required to vacate our cabins at 6.30am and then waited until 9.30am to be called to disembark.
We do understand that cabins have to be made ready for new passengers, but is it really necessary to have us out at 6.30am? All in all, we were disappointed.
Not the usual level of service we are accustomed to on any cruise.
